Since 2015, through the sale of Fairtrade and Fairmined gold, we have paid out more than €927,815 in premiums (as of October 2025) to certified mining cooperatives.
These premiums are not abstract – they directly fund:
- improved safety equipment,
- clean water treatment systems,
- educational programs for miners’ children,
- medical care and local infrastructure.
Most importantly, this impact is not driven by Fairever alone.
It is driven by our community – by all the goldsmiths, designers, brands, and partners who have consciously chosen to reject greenwashing in favour of genuinely certified, traceable gold.

3. Post-consumer recycling done properly: gold and silver from real consumer cycles
No more “virtual” recycling claims.
Instead, verified post-consumer material, including:
- AgAIN silver from X-ray plates,
- gold recovered from electronic waste,
